Chelsea is a well-respected businesswoman, commercial and aerobatic pilot, advanced aviation instructor, and aviation safety expert. Her experience includes work as COO of a world-renowned aviation safety and aerobatic flight school, Director of Flight Safety and Operations for an innovative aircraft manufacturer, Operations Director for a tech startup, Operations and Marketing Consultant for non-profits, and founder of her own small business, Aviatrix LLC. Additionally, she has served as interim executive director for a small nonprofit and has years of experience as a board member and consultant for Gold Country Wildlife Rescue. In addition, she has acted as an air show team coordinator, aerobatic safety director, social media manager, corporate safety director, aviation coordinator for TV/movies, and various sales and marketing projects. This experience, coupled with her graduate work in human factors, psychology, aeronautical science, and aviation safety, makes Chelsea a proven source of value to her clients, bringing an expansive and often very different perspective.
