Meet Chelsea Stein Engberg

Chelsea, Founder and President of Aviatrix, loves helping others achieve success and uses her business, academic, and life experience, along with her strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking, to do just that. She loves being a consultant, mental health clinician, photographer, coach, mentor, and instructor, and appreciates the opportunity to help clients grow their businesses, develop new skills, and reach personal and professional goals. With her dedication and focus, once Chelsea takes on a client, she's fully invested in their success.


Outside of work, Chelsea is an avid animal lover, an outdoors fanatic, a photographer, a pilot, and a community volunteer.


Professional Background: 


Chelsea is a well-respected businesswoman, commercial and aerobatic pilot, advanced aviation instructor, and aviation safety expert.  Her experience includes work as COO of a world-renowned aviation safety and aerobatic flight school, Director of Flight Safety and Operations for an innovative aircraft manufacturer, Operations Director for a tech startup, Operations and Marketing Consultant for non-profits, and founder of her own small business, Aviatrix LLC.  Additionally, she has served as interim executive director for a small nonprofit and has years of experience as a board member and consultant for Gold Country Wildlife Rescue. In addition, she has acted as an air show team coordinator, aerobatic safety director, social media manager, corporate safety director, aviation coordinator for TV/movies, and various sales and marketing projects. This experience, coupled with her graduate work in human factors, psychology, aeronautical science, and aviation safety, makes Chelsea a proven source of value to her clients, bringing an expansive and often very different perspective.
