Long story short, my career flourished in the aviation industry and quickly branched out from the cockpit. My expertise comes from a blend of graduate school and  hands-on real world experience finding my way from a basic flight instructor to executive level positions both in the for-profit and non-profit worlds.

I started Aviatrix LLC after spending years utilizing my wide range of my experience and education to help organizations launch, repair, develop and/or grow. By combining my skills, expertise and dedication to constant learning I have discovered a passion for helping organizations organize, grow, and discover what's next. I discovered that my ability to strategize, problem solve and execute projects to completion in combination with my consulting, coaching and mentoring skills translates across all types of industry. From a wildlife-focused non-profit,  to an aviation safety academy, to a tech company in the  trucking telematic industry, I love learning about my clients. 

Through my 11+ years of this work, I found a second passion for photography, digital marketing, and telling visual stories. The power of education and sharing the amazing work that is being done behind-the-scenes not only helps organizations gain exposure, but also educates and delights the community.
